- The owners cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property including vehicles.
- Any damaged caused to the park, or to a caravan or its equipment must be reported to the owners and the cost of repair and replacement paid.
- All persons are asked to be considerate to other persons in the park. Anyone causing a nuisance may be asked to leave the park if the owners think that it is necessary or desirable.
- In the interests of safety, all persons must observe the speed limit of 5mph whilst on the park.
- One car per caravan is permitted, unless by prior arrangement. Commercial vehicles, boats and trailers are strictly by prior arrangement only.
- Repair and washing of cars cannot be permitted.
- Bicycles must not be taken in to, or leant against caravans or caravan steps. Storage can be organised by prior arrangement.
